All items purchased from hiilz are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and damage for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Upon obtaining the package, inspect the package immediately and report, right away & before the carrier agent, any defect or irregularity to the carrier. Express small packages carriers automatically insure small packages, up to a maximum value (refer to their policies). We suggest you should always insure your packages.
